Kid's show, you've likely seen it around.... We all made jokes that Obama's campaign manager was Bob the Builder, since his theme song goes 'Yes We Can!'
I got the Bob the Builder theme song stuck in my head many times throughout the campaign. Bob the Builder! YES WE CAN!
Yes, it was an annoying election season/decade. I had a nightmare where Joe the Plumber had Bob's theme song.
Indeed, but why, oh why, doesn't a beam-out ever happen to me? -Am I not spilling enough 'secrets' on the net? (I know you're reading this! -and I'll keep on spilling the beans on the interwebs until you beam me off this planet!)
First time I ever heard of that joke. And I've seen this on greeting cards and children's book covers but I never saw the actual show. Looks like a live action Lego.
Rod Blagojevich --- like anyone was going to be paying ANY attention to Obama's old position & who'd be the most likely protege to fill the vacated position, after the United States' most historic changing-of-the-guard? (In condescending "Mr Roger's Neighborhood" style voice) "Can you say, 'MORON?' Goooooooood! I knew you could!"
My teen's picked up 'awesome' including really annoying accent. I find you can correct this irritation by repeatedly imitating them saying it
You don't have Google on that machine? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postman_Pat http://www.screenonline.org.uk/tv/id/562690/index.html
Indeed (thanx Muddy) Xcept, in Danish, Just to put a bit of 'fun' into this thread, "Pat" actually means "Tit"
I heard one on the radio this morning and thought, "Oh yeah, that's a good one I'm sick of hearing." But now I can't remember what it was. Meanwhile, I've been hearing "on point" and "going forward" far too much lately.
