It needs to be here now, and I need the score in my mp3 player now! Yes, I've changed my mind considerably regarding Newman. His score for "SkyFall" and Howard Shore's Hobbit score are my two most anticipated scores of the winter film season.
That...sounds...AWESOME!!! In a way, it kind of invokes David Arnold's scores for the Pierce Brosnan era--the sleek style he seemed to put aside in favor of a more "down and dirty" air for most of Casino and nearly all of Quantum.
Wow, they are already talking about having Benedict Cumberbatch as the Villain for the Bond movie after this one.
1) Who's "they"? 2) This is probably the most expected and unimaginative development that was guaranteed to be talked about - BC is going to be linked to literally every franchise going over the next couple of years.
New TV Spot: [YT]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OvM_WZIxsLM[/YT] There will be a gadget in the Aston Martin
Yes. In one of the big trailers there is a shot looking down on the Aston Martin DB5 from above as it speeds down the road in Scotland and you can clearly see the outlines in the part of the roof that flies off when the ejector seat is fired. Anyone notice M's leather door in his office is back? It's at the part where Bond walks through and is saying "007 reporting for duty".
I did notice M's leather door. However the line "007 reporting for duty" is actually spoken when 007 shows up in M's flat after "enjoying death." Btw, love your user name!
Chud definitely gives you that impression, but if you click on the link in his article, you'll find that's not really the case. What I think happened was that Muse did submit that song, but were turned down. I'd bet real money on it being Adele, at this point.
Yeah, I haven't seen that story be carried elsewhere yet so I'll take it with a grain of salt for now. It's a fantastic song though. I enjoyed it.
Well, I'd be the first to agree that her "Someone Like You" is one of the most over-played songs of today--up there with Beiber's infernal "Baby Baby". That being said...Adele's a dang good singer. And she has the voice that can do jazz.
Apparently the new theme is "the best in 30 years", according to this article: http://www.castanet.net/news/Entertainment/81046/Best-Bond-theme-in-30-years
