What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

Made my merlot pot roast with a trumpet mushroom demi-glace, horseradish mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. It was just that kinda day here in New England yesterday; called for some stick-to-your-ribs food.

 

Pasta. Went to a very nice italian place and after that to see Alice in 3D. Wonderful sunday...

 

Breaded mozzarella sticks and cheedar broccoli rice.

 

Fridays. Had Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad. YUM

 

Roast chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and biscuits.

 

Souvlaki (chicken) with orzo Greek salad and stuffed grape leaves. I loves me some tzatziki.

 

Cream of celery soup and a chocolate pudding cup.

 

Had my Pecan Crusted Chicken leftovers.

 

Potato and minced beef soufle with mushrooms.

 

Had a double chicken and bacon ranch flat bread with cucumbers and Parmesan. It was awesome.

 

Deep-dish pizza with all the toppings.

 

Chicken noodle soup & a banana pudding cup.

 

Garlic bread and white wine.

 

Spaghetti, garlic bread and white rice.

 

Samosas.

 

Tacos with zesty southwestern ranch sauce.

 

Trail mix and strawberry-banana yogurt.

 

Curry.

 

Fish and chips in a paper cup, at a St. Paddy's Day concert.

 

Roasted chicken, spinach and stuffing. I love how my chicken comes out!
