"Fleeing from the Borg tyranny, the lost starship, Voyager, leads a rag-tag fugitive fleet on a lonely quest...a shining Quadrant known as Alpha."

Works a little too well, don't it? :rommie:

Actually, I kind of like that idea. It would probably have been better than Galactica too in that we wouldn't have had to sit through the poorly executed religious arc.

Speaking of further Star Trek: Galactica...

I had imagined (before the finale actually aired) that nuBSG was going to end with them finally arriving at Earth, only to be greeted by Scott Bakula and Enterprise, or something similarly ridiculous that connects to Moore's time spent with Star Trek.

    Or Bob Newhart waking up...

Janeway waking up next to Chakotay as Voyager's finale? Intriguing.

Given the setup in Endgame... Janeway waking up with Chakotay would truly have been a :wtf:.

I'm sure Teacake would have preferred someone else in Janeway's bed. :alienblush:

Of course, even that would have paled compared to Gaius Baltar's bed partners on the cylon base ship. :rommie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtuPWtCjQWw&feature=player_detailpage#t=97s

It probably has been said before but: Could it be possible that when the Caretaker pulled the Equinox into the Delta Quadrant...that it might have spit it back to a different part of the Delta Quadrant without the interference of the pesky Kazon.

That would only happen if Equinox attacked the Array for some reason.

Ransom doesn't have the balls to put that much meat on his plate.

Possible, but one would think a mistake like that would be airlines sending baggage to the wrong city, loading it on the wrong plane, and in Equinox's place would've been some other aliens.

I always felt what Ransom said couldn't be taken at face value (just like George from "Think Tank", who was trying to sell Janeway on the scam they were more benevolent than they were) because the Equinox crew were paranoid and suspicious of how their activities would be seen by a Starfleet ship which is still acting like they're in a little Alpha Quadrant bubble. It seems a likely answer...
"How did you get this far?"
    "Uh... wormholes. Yeah... wormholes".
Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. We can't be entirely sure.

There were still a days travel from where they found the space dolphins. Janeway went and talked to the people who introduced Ransom to the space dolphins and it took her a day.

Equinox hadn't yet let it rip with their dolphin powered engine.

It's possible they committed some other egregious war crime to get 30 years away from Caretaker in just 6 years, but Wormhole is just as good a possibility as any other...

Neelix said that he met a lot of people who Caretaker snatched for raping.

It seems like no one had ever been sent home.

And if Caretaker could use that transgalactic tractor beam like a weapon to fling Equinox off because it was attacking the array, they why did the Kazon assault prove to be such a threat that it interrupted his suicide?

Of course, the 'wormholes' that Equinox found could easily have been the Vaaduar Corridors. According to Neelix, even Talax had had contact with the Vaaduar.
