I am sorry, I can see how that seems inconsistent. Let me rephrase: There should be a single, unified time standard that does not involve any changes whatsoever. So I should, in effect, have told people not to complain about a LACK of time changes. If that still seems awkward, well, that's as clear as I can get right now.
Let's all just split the difference and adjust the time by 30 minutes. That will be the new universal time.
