I was watching The Devil in the Dark last night and was wondering what a Star Fleet vessel crewed by Horta might look like. And this is what I came up with...

They are humanoids who have been in space for so long that they've evolved to a microgravity environment and can no longer live in a gravity well (like a planet). Your Vostok class looks awsome
