For the past month, Criterion Collection films were on sale 50% off at Barnes & Noble, and I probably got a few more than I should have. My haul for the month: Tanner '88 On the Waterfront Brazil Monsieur Verdoux Broadcast News Dazed and Confused Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas 8½ America Lost and Found: The BBS Story (a box set of films from the legendary New Hollywood production company BBS Productions, including Head; Easy Rider; Five Easy Pieces; Drive, He Said; A Safe Place; The Last Picture Show; and The King of Marvin Gardens) The Ice Storm The Friends of Eddie Coyle Godzilla (1954) Chasing Amy Babette's Feast Safety Last! Steven Soderbergh's Traffic
My second one. It's kind of sad because I have a home theater system that I spent over $2000 on, and it sounds great, but I'd rather listen to a $30 MP3 player for music.
Oh, the big stereo sounds better. It just doesn't have my entire music collection ready at the touch of a button. CD changers are sooooo 2004.
Some takeout breakfast first thing this morning along with a couple of figures from my friend's toy shop.
