Re: What Are You Eating/Drinking Right Now? just had my first try at homemade beef & onion pie. Turned out better than I had expected. Pretty good, even. I made 2 dozen muffin-sized ones - they are less messy to take out as an office lunch and can be deep frozen for emergencies when I have no energy for cooking.

I'm going to take my lunch break now: homemade beef & onion pie with peas and carrots (mash would be good with it, but is difficult to reheat in the microwave)
Re: What Are You Eating/Drinking Right Now? Quite a few us around here! (½ the power, double the time (stir when ½-ways) ) ETA: ½ power + double time is actually a good way to heat anything, that isn't a liquid, in a micro!
