eyebrow and considered his reply.

your measurements with this tape."

 

He unspooled a tape measure

 

that was thickly coated with

 

some kind of greasy substance.

 

"It's chocolate fondue," he explained.

 

"From an old recipe that

 

Vulcans have enjoyed ever since

 

the time of First Contact."

 

Uhura looked suspicious. "If you

 

expect me to eat any

 

of that, you're gravely insane."
