Agreed. I was actually just watching a DVD of "Atlantis" before this and the change in color saturation, framing etc. is really jarring!

Can happen when things are not lined up properly for stellar drift, and or power source... this problem was later corrected on the SGC side with better detection for stellar drift, on the Destiny they have just traveled BILLIONS of light years

Just a game to people that don't know about the gate program though, no one would suspect it

By the first commercial break and there is already an error. According to material released prior to today, the Destiny was launched millions of years ago, not hundreds of thousands.

If it's canceled they will just say how it ends in a movie, but I hope it gets a real ending. It's Stargate, it's a huge franchise. However I don't see how this will last 5 seasons / 100 episodes.

The ship looks neat, but way too earth like. I also hate when shows show different times each scene.

However nothing that makes me go "This is trash!" yet.

Hey its getting more and more like BSG by the minute.

Seriously though I find the sex really out of place for Stargate.

I like the Blade Runner-ish music, but the new "dark" tone and camerawork seems very forced.

    It's like "Lost-gate: Galactica".

BSG and Lost are awesome. I'm all for making Stargate not so goofy.
