Yes you heard right.. i was wondering what's up with a TV Exec talking about Halo when the bomb dropped The new Xbox has moved past simple gaming console.. MS wants it to be your living room entertainment center that includes everything from gaming to TV and having these capabilities it's expected they'll talk at length about it.
Why? As long as they don't skim on the gaming part i don't care. My 360 can do much stuff besides playing games yet i've rarely used any of the other features. If it's done well and i can get some use out of it i'm all for it. Edit: Interview after the Presentation officially confirms it from the Xbox boss himself.. no forced online connection to play non-multiplayer games!
That presentation seemed to be targeted mainly at the "bro gamer" demographic. It's not necessarily indicative of what the Xbox One will be like, but I definitely got a better vibe from the PS4 reveal.
