Steamed broccoli and baked halibut. Half a teaspoon of seasoning that amounts to Cajun Sparkle from Popeye's without the MSG.

 

Iced black coffee. Leftover elbow noodles with veggies and a soy burger with spicy hummus and pepper

 

Some diet cola. I'm not yet sure what I want to eat for lunch.
