Rosemary bruschetta - composed of cherry tomatoes, basil, olives, crushed garlic, a dash of balsamic vinegar, grated parmigiano, ground black pepper, and a seasoned sun dried tomato and caper spread for the bruschetta.

Was at a restaurant tonight, Trek Dinner, and I had a Paris style Club Sandwich, consisting of ciabatta bread, salad, carrot strips, turkey steak and a rather spicy cream. Very good!

Last night was lasagna. It was a little too heavy on the meat and a little light on the spices (I should have used a bit more rosemary).

Tonight was pan-fried chicken breasts (the breading comprised white flour, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil and Old Bay) with simmered sweet corn and stuffing. (Had to go with the quick-mix stuffing, Stove Top-esque -- my red potatoes had gone bad and I had nothing else to prepare.)

A Taco Bell beef burrito. Blech.
Normally, I like to cook, but it was a busy day and I just grabbed something on the way back to the house. Blech.
