Hello, Welcome! We've recently completed our "Worse Case Scenario" Line-by-Line here in the Voyager forum! After each completed thread, we're randomly picking someone who participated to choose the next episode we do. The lucky winner this time around was JanewayRulz! And JanewayRulz! has chosen "Timeless" as our next Line-by-Line challenge! For any unfamiliar with our "game," you are asked to post only a single line (defined as one character speaking without interruption by another character) per message. You can post as often as you like, but someone else must post a line in between your posts. Our "rule" is that if the episode has a "To Be Continued..." on the end, it is done in a single thread, but if it's just an arc of related episodes, each episode is a separate thread. As before, at the conclusion of this thread, I or CoveTom, BlueStuff, Enterprise1981 or leandar, will run the randomizer to determine who will pick the next episode and get it going. Two people in starfleet cold weather gear beam to an icy glacier. They examine the area beneath them, wiping away some snow to reveal the hull of a ship. Chakotay: We're here! The view pulls back from the two men to show us the U.S.S. Voyager below the ice.
^Missed a couple of things, the transcript is incorrect.Kim: The glacier fractures are stable. Chakotay: We're clear to beam inside. Moments later, Chakotay and Kim walk through an icy corridor, pullin back their masks so we can see their older faces. Kim: Not exactly the way I remember it. They walk up to a wall panel, chip away some ice to attach a power cell, the panel activates. Kim: The power grid's been destroyed. Neural gel packs frozen solid. Decks 9 through 14 are now Deck 10. They've been compacted.
KIM: I'm trying to access Sickbay. The relays aren't responding. I'm losing the interface. Reset the power cell.... Come on!
Chakotay: Lets get moving. Keep an open comm link. Chakotay heads toward the bridge. Harry goes through a jeffries tube, finding a dead crewman inside. Chakotay reaches the bridge, finding Paris and Janeway's bodies. Harry reaches sickbay and starts working. Back on the bridge, Chakotay finds Seven of Nines body. Chakotay: Chakotay to Tessa.
