Not to me, and I'm sure I'm not alone in that. I'd say the ugliest is the Enterprise-J class. Compared to that, the Sovereign-class is absolutely beautiful.
I give the Enterprise-J honorable mention. It would have made my top ten, but I disqualified it, because it just wasn't as fully realized as the others on my list (including the TAS ships, given what they were).

I have to admit that I like the design of the 1701-J. I would have liked a fully rendered hero ship, but a super-future version of NX-01 is kinda cool. Not in my top 10, however. Not even close.

I think the Enterprise-J is about as canon as the "All Good Things..." Enterprise-D and the future depicted in that episode and in VOY's "Endgame."

Mogai-class (NEM - one of the only good things to come out of that movie) 6-10: most any non-Fedie, non-Klingon, non-freighter post-TNG ship (Even though VOY and ENT are mostly junk, the ship designs were almost all great.)
