Inspired by the "Old-Timers" thread:

A few years ago I managed to hook up the hard drive from my old, dead eMac and recover a bunch of files ... including a folder full of random stuff I'd saved from TrekBBS in, mostly, 2003 and 2004.

First up, and no, I was not the person who made these:











OK, I'm sure some of you have material you can add...

 

Here's one that I am to blame for ... dating from late 2003, a sketch for one of the Grand Miscellaneous Competitions titled "Judge Bonzie."

I remember when this forum was unmoderated. It was probably the funniest forum I'd ever been on, then and now. Made a welcome break from the stiffness of Sci-Fi Art.com

Let's see, we had badgers, flying dragons, sombreros (The last movie provided Sombreros, what did Into Darkness Provide us with? ), the Holiday Board shutdown of, what, 2005?, and The Week that Was. I'm never really part of various Gifs and memes that go on here, but what I just mentioned were the highlights I've had so far.

^Yes. As I recall, there was a couple of posters who kept on using their Not. Dead avatars until quite a few years after I finally signed on (a year after ENT ended....)

 

I thought Lenny was actually James Dixon, what with how he bitches about "Treknical Fandom" and all that crap.
