Riker (looks at Picard and smiles): I was just trying to imagine a hell-bent for leather young officer insulting a Nausicaan twice his size. I wish I'd had a chance to know that Jean-Luc Picard.

Congratulations, all. We tend to get through the TNG episodes, especially Q episodes, really quickly. This one seemed to go by slower. Am I right, BlueStuff?

So this one was the slowest of the Q episodes. And of TNG episodes overall, only "The Measure of a Man" and "Peak Performance" took longer.

I'd say all the line-by-lines have been taking longer lately.

    I'm not playing as much.

I'll just say that, for me, a lot of fun has been lost in these line-by-lines by people who rarely post, yet complain that they are left out of quickly moving threads. As a result I post only once, rarely more, to get my name in the game; and only if I get to choose, do I try to make it a marathon.

I know I may be stirring up a hornets nest, but it is how I feel.

I haven't seen people complaining in a while. There was a spate of it a few months ago, but I think it's been a lot less, recently.

I agree, they all seem to be taking longer to finish.

For these, I LOVE to get on a roll and go. My work schedule is bizarre, so when I'm posting there's not much of a presence in the thread. Also, I'm more likely to chime in on episodes that I could recite without aid. We've done a lot of the ones that I can do that, making it less easier for me to pop in for a sec. I've been thinking that it might be time to revisit the films, it's been literally years since we did them and some of you posting weren't even involved yet when we did them.

I remember that person, but not their name, I could go back through the old threads and check their username but I wouldn't want to waste my time on them. :)

Vanyel you shouldn't let negative people ruin your fun.
If you do, the terrorists win. :shifty:
