The story I remember was told by Walter Koenig at a Convention.
Khan was wandering around the Enterprise after that fancy dinner with a bad stomach- modern food really did not agree with him. He finds the toilet on that deck but it is occupied- Chekov is inside. Khan waits and waits but he is getting worse. He summons up his superior strength, places his hands on the door and forces it open. In a rage he pulls Chekov up off the commode, lifts him up and stares at him eye to eye and says-
"YOU!! Your face is one I will never forget!!"

Are you really personally offended by fictional characters of the future looking down on the 20th century?

Not really, as I am trying to establish a threshold of acceptance. I really could care less, as I just don't watch it if I find it annoying.

More offended by them looking down on anyone, it's been shown that all the 24th century characters have their fair share of peculiarities and imperfections. They were born into a world of comfort and technological wonders, for the most part none of them had anything to do with creating these wonders, these things were handed to them.

Why would they have the ability to look down on anyone or any group?

Actually remember that TNG episode where they thawed out some 20th Century people and had to deal with them? I felt they treated them rather oddly too.

I have to agree with this.

Even I've done it by saying how evil and bad people in old fashioned times were compared to "now."

Them looking down on the primitive aliens of the week usually has more to do with philosophy/ideology than technological wonders or lack thereof.

I always assumed he meant a young, inexperienced, female groupie. Who doesn't yet know the meaning of the phrase "Go backstage and sit with the band."

I don't see a difference besides one's a rock and roll fan and the other a NASCAR fan. I'd actually prefer the NASCAR fan.
Several years ago Dallas used to hold an annual Dallas Grand Prix. And the last couple of years they held it at the local airport near my house. So I went. One of the cars had a minor sponsorship from one of the local high-end strip clubs. And they had a bunch of the strippers out there in driver uniforms.(tight ones) I guess those could be called 'high-mileage pit woofies. Unfortunately I might have known one or two of them.

That kind of thing happens. I have photographed a few women and I'm sure some of them might have been in that line of work as well. Just in the way they present themselves, and some of their portfolios..
