Anybody played this space based strategy game?

Looks pretty good but dunno if it's the worth buying.

Bad and dull single-player game with terrible AI, but a good multiplayer game, with a terrific UI but nothing special as far as 4X games go.

That said, the turn-based 4X genre has slim pickings these days, so if you can get it for cheap, it's worth at least a few bucks.
