This has to be the most random-seeming recipe I've ever attempted: eggs and cream, baked in buttered ramekins, which are placed in a dish of water. Though I have to admit, the results were tasty. A lot like poached eggs. Now moving on to coffee.

Re: What Are You Eating/Drinking Right Now? Sauté de veau Marengo (brown veal stew with tomatoes and mushrooms), over rice. Delicious. The veal practically melted in my mouth. The recipe called for a strip of orange peel—I’m not sure what that added to the flavour, exactly, but it was pretty cool, tossing it into the pot.
