^ I think the longest was 90 minutes but most of that was the clock winding down and images of the meteors in space...the season 4 finale I believe...when they cut out all that non-sense it is just an hour.
"Commencement" runs a bit over 50 minutes. But I'd say only two of those minutes are the clock/meteors. I think it's still a good 10 minutes longer even with that stuff cut out. And, AFAIK, the Pilot is about the same length. They are also, incidentally, the show's two most expensive episodes. Even with the extended length, I'd be surprised if AJ tops their costs as both had pretty much broken the bank for production value.
The difference is that those were single episodes of extended length, whereas "Absolute Justice" is actually a 2-parter that the network decided to present as a "movie." In production terms, it's not one special episode but two regular ones.
