Please note, because of the live event, even CBS’s scripted numbers from 8p-9pm are inflated and will likely be adjusted down in the finals.

Also Basketball numbers don't record last portion of the game since it was after 11.

    -Total Viewers:
    ABC: 18.06 million, CBS: 16.23, Fox: 7.26, NBC: 5.18, CW: 1.76

    -Adults 18-49:
    CBS: 5.5 rating/15 share, ABC: 4.4/12, Fox: 2.3/6, NBC: 1.6/4, CW: 0.9/2

    CBS

    FOX

    NBC

    SUNDAY SNAPSHOT...
HBO have released numbers for The Pacific, which have failed to hit anywhere near the heights of Band of Brothers and it would help if it was a little less boring...

CBS recent hit Undercover Boss scored 12.86 million & 3.9/10

Relocated and soon to conclude Cold Case scored 10.15 million & 2.3/6 for CBS after Undercover Boss.

The Celebrity Apprentice perked for NBC with 7.13 million & 2.8/7

Sons of Tucson, which is now cancelled dipped to a series-low of 3.13 million & 1.4/4. FOX a non animated show cannot survive on FOX sundays and especially one that has aired out of so many repeat lead in's. This show seemed like a Friday one minimum not Sunday.

Somehow I think that Pacific will do better on DVD. I've had a lot of people come into blockbuster talking about waiting for the DVDs to come out to rent rather than watch week after week, if they still have HBO. A large number of people have dumped the "upper channels" in favor of simple renting/purchasing the shows they like on DVD at this point.

I like how HBO canceled Deadwood, Carnival, Rome all because they cost too much and yet they made The Pacific for like 15 million an "episode" and the ratings suck.

There's probably something to be said for the fact that The Pacific is a miniseries; when it's done, it's over, and they don't have to worry about escalating cast salaries or renegotiating contracts between seasons. Plus, as much cachet as the folks behind those three shows may carry, the names "Spielberg" and "Hanks" carry a lot more.

^ But Rome was only going to have three seasons anyways. They could have made a miniseries to close up Deadwood.

Instead they blew all their money on a miniseries that should have been made 10 years ago.
