It looks like Revell is considering doing this model. I would love to see this model done. While I've never read the books (I plan to someday) I really like the look this ship (I do fly one in Star Trek Online ;))

The more votes the more chances we can get it. If they do I'll even post mine here in the art forum.

Come on guys and gals, vote now!!! Tell your friends! The world needs more Revell Trek models! :bolian:

Yes, the world needs more Revell Star Trek models. America, in particular, needs the JJPrise model.

I'm a model fan....just more of the cg variety, less mess involved. Maybe put this in Trek General? You might get more views.

I dearly love models. But, I don't think there is anywhere's near enough interest in this particular ship (really, any ship not featured in a movie or a tv show) to make a profitable kit.

At least, if it was on the show I totally missed it. It's from the novels, right?

The way I heard it, that Revell site is just a test site of some kind, and they're not actually paying any attention to the votes.

    Simple deduction.

They currently have zero Trek models to purchase. Why in the hell would they crank out a model based off a 6 year old book that hasn't been seen anywhere when there are actual ships people have seen that they could produce?

Also, 24th Century Trek is dead. Get used to it.

Folks on HobbyTalk and Starship Modeler (and facebook!) have been linking to that site for months now. Somebody somewhere on one of those sites heard that. It supposedly started out as a beta test for a voting site, but it allowed people to enter their own suggestions. So people did! And pretty soon other people were voting on the suggestions, thinking that Revell themselves had actually made the suggestions, when in reality Revell may not even know the suggestion was made.
