I love it in Basics 1 when the doctor is accidentally projected into space and he yells, "Man overboard!" Cracks me up every time!

Saw Picardo at a convention, he strides onto stage with his mike and sings the whole thing. FANTASTIC.

EMH: And no one asked you for your medical histories when you arrived? Of course not. That would be the ship's doctor's job. My job, if anyone had bothered to tell me about new passengers, but I seem to be just about the last to know about everything around here. So, tell me, just how many other new arrivals are there? NEELIX: Just us. KES: And the crew from another ship that was destroyed. EMH: Another crew. That's nice. This is the Emergency Medical Holographic system to Captain Janeway. NEELIX: She's not on board. She's missing on the surface of a planet. EMH: Missing. The Captain is missing. It seems I've found myself on the Voyage of the Damned. Very well. Please advise the highest ranking officer who is not missing, to see me at his earliest convenience. You may shut off my programme now. NEELIX: But you haven't told us anything about her condition. If your species has a history of extraordinary mental abilities, this may simply be your way of flexing those muscles for the first time. Living in space requires the body to make a variety of biological adjustments. This could be a side-effect of that process. Go home. Get a good night's sleep and drink plenty of fluids. KES: Fluids? EMH: Everybody should drink plenty of fluids. Don't leave without turning me off. And at the end of season 2's "Projections", when the EMH goes by the door, it opens and he sticks his arm out to see if he really IS a hologram... and smiles as it disappears & reappears when he pulls the arm back into sickbay.
I loved "Tinker Tenor Doctor Spy" episode..especially where he started singing "Tuvok I understand..you are a Vulcan man.." I showed this episode to a friend of mine(got her interested in Trek at a young age, HA!) and she DIED laughing at it!! When I first saw it I was like: what the hell!?! Then I started laughing my ass off. The doctor was by far one of the most histerical characters on Trek!
voyagergirl when I saw Picardo at a con he opened by striding onto the stage with a mike, hitting the music and singing that song. He sounded fantastic and brought the house down. Definitely a highlight of cons for me.
Seven in "Bliss" She asks the computer to access to the Captains personal logs. The computer replies "Access denied" Seven walks over to a wall panel, removes one single solitary isolinear chip with no effort and the computer then replies: "Access Granted." Neelix dancing. The Doctor in Seven's body having cheese cake for the first time. B'Elanna's reaction to the Doc's holo-family in "Real Life". The Doc in "Spirit Folk" flinging open that church doors, pointing his finger and shouting: "SINNERS!!!!" Best scene in the whole episode. Kes being carried out of her quarters by Neelix while munching on flowers in "Elogium" Janeway grabbing Tuvok's hand in "Critical Care" and announcing: "I already have a man."
