Aww, poor, pitiful apologists for slavery and racism, aren't they cute?

    Nope.

    1] You spelled "Brony" wrong.

    2]
MLP is about the Elements of Harmony: Generosity, Kindness, Laughter, Honesty, Loyalty, and the Magic of Friendship itself. Your opinions, in which you openly advocate murder, are antithetical to that very idea. A person like you would not watch a show that advocates forgiveness, and unity. You do not like MLP. You are certainly not a Brony.

Nah. Bronies are a tight knit group of people. We can recognize other Bronies. You would most certainly not be one, not if you actually hold the ideas you espoused earlier. Fluttershy would be appalled at your ideas. As the Element of Kindness, she would have nothing to do with you.

You're not Lauren Faust, I can be a "bronie" if I want to be.

Nah. You overstepped. You better go back to being a pro-Confederacy advocate of assassination. You're not doing well on this one.

Interesting, but, nah. You're not a Brony. Sorry. Better luck next time. Go back to the Lincoln thing. That persona was much easier to work.

Also, this thread is about Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. It would behoove you to discuss that.

    Nope.

Anyway, back to the movie, I wonder if this movie works more as a means of alternative history rather than just the fantasy horror genre it falls under?

So "being a bad person" is enough to justify capital punishment? Even without a trial.

That's... impressive. Sometimes I really think Europe and America aren't even on the same planet.

Having a history degree myself I have to ask: Is history education in the US really that terrible that we have those Slavery Apologists come out of the woodwork on trekbbs once in a while?

Or is it something in the water of those regions?

Europeans, all that unjustified ego, and nothing to justify any of it. I'm just waiting for the euro to fail and laugh my a** off.

It's something in the water then?

Oh, you're out of luck then. I live in a country that's currently going "Crisis? What crisis?".

Low unemployment, exports soaring, 0% interests on government bonds.
Also: Our water supply is just fine. :p

But even if I lived in Greece that wouldn't keep me from taking the piss when it comes to Slavery Apologists. Because, you know, it's a ridiculous point of view that deserves a lot of ridicule whenever it comes up.

Slavery has existed since one group of cavemen figured out he could make another caveman do his work for him, aka its as old as prostitution. those evil confederates weren't holding a monopoly on slavery in anyway. And Europe is like a neutered and declawed bear, once majestic, now just laughable.

At least in public schools (below university level), most of the real details in just about every era are glossed over in order to get through everything quickly. It's not about learning so much as memorizing a few names and dates so that the students can pass their tests. No joke, the average American high schooler could probably learn more about a history topic from Wikipedia than they could from their own textbooks.
