    Nothing yet. ;)

Christmas Lunch is running about 45-50 minutes late, after a minor oven disaster. So I have time to pop in to the board and wish you a merry christmas while waiting for the turkey to finish roasting.

Mashed potatoes. Since I'm home now, it's a nice (and unusual) change from the regular chicken, rice, stir-fry, or spagetti.

Dressed lobster. I don't enjoy meats so much at the moment. Anything that doesn't involve hours of slogging in the kitchen is good. :techman:

Belated from Christmas Dinner, we had Turkey and Duck (my brother is a huge duck fan so we always have it at Christmas), homemade stuffing that my mom made this year, brussel sprouts, beats, roast potato and turnips. We were supposed to have trifle for desert but there was no time to make it so my parents and brother had it last night (I had gone out). I had pizza last night at my friends place. Hawaiian Supreme.

Threw some ribs in my slow cooker, and at the last 45 minutes of the cycle I tossed in a potato.

That was a dinner that hit the spot on a miserable, cold day where I was moderately snowbound.
