You are talking like a junkie thinking he's getting a raw deal from his dealer.

I'm not sure why I used a simile there?

Yay! It is confirmed that Kieron Gillen will continue to write little Loki's adventures post-JiM. :)

Next week's previews, courtesy of CBR...

Click the links below to be taken to the preview of your choice.

A lot of releases this week, but I'm only getting five of them. Wow, my pull-list is soon to be changing dramtically.

Captain Marvel 4 (Dropping after the first arc)
FF 22 (Probably dropping after next issue. Still undecided on Fraction's take. Will be buying his Fantastic Four)
Hit-Girl 3 (only two issues left)
Journey into Mystery 644 (Dropping after next issue)
Winter Soldier 11 (Dropping after #15)

ETA-- Love the cover to ASM 694. An homage to the first Marvel/DC crossover that teamed-up Spider-Man and Superman.

    Picking up:
    Wolverine & The X-Men
    X-Men Legacy

I'm actually going to miss this incarnation of X-Men Legacy. I think I like Rogue a lot more than most people.

Are things getting worse at the companies or is it just that people who have been at it for a while are getting tired of them? I'm kind of confused by all of these writers suddenly quitting. Honestly most what I'm hearing them complain about seems like your normal corporate crap that you run into with any big company. Not that that makes it right.

It's just usual corporate crap. DC under Levitz and Didio has been plagued by internal politics and editorial battles. In the case of Rucka, it was the straw that broke the camel's back. Liefeld doesn't really matter, he is an asshole.

Yeah, I read enough of Liefeld's stuff when he threw his little temper tantrum to know to just ignore him. Is he at least a good enough comic writer to make up for his bad personality?

that's not very distinct. That triangle high top for the 70s is the Beast I knew, the Kitty cat is nice, but what is this... Less beastly? It's like he's on his way back to being a "beauty".

Can't really tell anything from those pages about it...looks like though we're going to get an origin flashback from the first page though. Or perhaps a single page thing.

I don't think that it's an origin recap because Franklin and Valeria are with them. I think it's Frankin having a nightmare or precognitive dream.

Suffice it to say that I'm intrigued, but still wary of Fraction on this. I was kind of hoping someone like Keiron Gillan would get Fantastic Four.

But then Greg Land would be doing art.

I wonder if that's the Savage Land...

And every artist draws Beast way differently now. None worse than Kaare Andrews.
