You need a baby plugged into a placenta which is plugged into a uterus. They cannot grow a baby inside a man without those things. You can grow a baby at 6 months very carefully in an incubator.

No you cannot make a human incubator if by human incubator you mean INSIDE the man's body. You can't replicate all the monitoring and care that goes on with a baby in a real incubator while it is shoved inside a man's abdomen. Just for instance, how does the baby get oxygen?
