I really like their friendship. It seems like Janeway is the only person to kind of, sort of, break through Tuvok's barriers. I remember (quite vividly as it was recent) an episode called "Twisted" where Janeway becomes injured and loses consciousness. Very briefly, Tuvok grazes his fingertips on her shoulder, as if feeling concern. It was a touching moment.

I'm watching the pilot to Mrs Columbo... I'm still seeing a 40 year old woman. Although the producers were probably doing everything they could to make Kate seem age appropriate to Peter Falk and not 24 years old.
