What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

The last of the mooched leftovers.

 

Roast Chicken, Baked Potatoes, and Brussel Sprouts. Homemade Persimmon Pudding for desert with Vanilla Ice Cream.

 

Finally got to have the family tradition Christmas--standing rib roast, Yorkshire pudding, fruit salad, green beans with almonds. YUM.

 

Homemade fish tacos with the works - lots of jalapenos.

 

Went to Boston Pizza last night and had their Pizza Burger which turned out to be fantastic, along with a Caesar Salad and a pint of Alexander's Keith's.

 

Chinese take-out.

A great fish dinner at Gaido's.

 

Green bean casserole, and baked sweet potatoes with a caramelized treacle, hazelnut, and muscovado sugar topping.... homemade holiday experiment. I dare not count the calories.

 

Spicy beef nachos and a couple of nice cold beers.
