There appears to be several of us off to a good start simply because no one had faith in Denver. Works for me.

Don't forget to pick the Thanksgiving games. Since it's so many games this time, forgetting could really hurt.

    Thanks for the reminder!

Evidently I forgot to make any picks last week, until it was too late..... but I could have sworn I had. Ah, well.

Anybody taking Notre Dame this week? :D

And Mallory I picked the Ducks ...

Yeah, that's me. Which one are you?

I didn't expect to be leading in pros, but I'm glad. With the college pics, I'm flat out shocked at my position, since half my picks were randomly made the night before while usually drunk. Dumb luck, I guess.

Man, I'd still be alone in second place right now if I hadn't forgotten about last week's Thursday game again. :scream:

Three guesses which team is mine. :p

Jeez, my only hope of moving out of double digits in the standings was if enough folks forgot about the Turkey Day games. Guess I'm stuck in the dregs of the standings now...

But as bad as I'm doing (and it's really bad- when I get more than 6 right, it's damned near a miracle), I'm still alive on the TrebBBS Survivor board. Even though our group tourney ended in about week 4, I'm still alive and I've kept putting my picks in.

Dumb luck my ass! You must have some kind of system. You NEVER have a bad week!

    :scream:

I am Vanilla Thunder. 92 points, 5th place out of 23 (although I think a couple of teams have given up).

I don't think I can remember a worse set of Thanksgiving Day games than what the NFL served up yesterday. All of them were blowouts. About the only cool thing that I can say about them is that I liked Detroit's old uniforms.

Heck, even the college game (Texas/Texas A&M) was a blowout.

I went 1-3 yesterday. I could have sworn I picked the Cowboys, but when I logged in, I had the Seahawks. That's happened to me once or twice before. I think I must be going senile.

And yes, the games were all crappy yesterday.

Yeah, I got suckered in by those high point spreads. Should've known better.

I can understand. I considered, very briefly, picking the Lions just because the spread was so high. But then I figured, what the heck, an angry Titans defense probably wasn't going to let the Lions score very much.

Another crappy week in the College Pick'em (only 4 right), but thanks to some forgetful people, I moved up a tad in the standings. I'll still finish near the bottom, though.

Looks like it will be a close battle for the top spot on the college side. With one more week remaining, there's just one point separtating 1st from 2nd and only 4 points separating the top four teams.
