2013 Star Trek HOT WHEELS - Excelsior, Kelvin, Vengeance, BoP

^Looking at the package again, I see a space for the out of place nacelle to fit into at the back of the blister next to the card. It somehow came out of the form fitting plastic designed for it to fit into. Which means the pylons must be weak, to allow twisting like that. Weak pylon, ugly package. POS.

 

I have the previous releases.

It's OK for what it is, a diecast toy originally intended to cost $1, my fancier painted $3 one is perfectly straight, so that's a YMMV situation. What's sort of nice is the little version is in scale with the larger $12 Vengenace.

 

Nice to see it in its own package--and not mixed with cars.

They also did a good dual capital ship set--a new mold Star Destroyer and the first die cast Mon-Cal ship.

Leave fighters and such alone awhile guys.
