Gorgeous place, but I haven't been there in 30+ years, so I was guessing as much as recognizing. The only climbing spots I know in your general area are Seneca Rock and Carderock / Great Falls, and it definitely wasn't the latter, so... My former husband was a rock climber. I tried a couple times but am way too scared of exposed heights. What I did get into was climbing some of the easier 14,000 foot mountains in the Rockies.
Was such a beautiful weekend, took the boys out to play on the playground. Ian riding his Spiderman Bike Aaron watching and chasing after his bigger brother Ian Aaron playing on playground Ian not happy with all my photo taking
Great shots, Alienesse! Did you enjoy your visit? Looks like the weather was good to you at least on that occasion!
Thanks, guys! The weather was nice the evening I arrived. Then it was rainy and foggy straight through. But it didn't matter much because I was at the Star Trek London event during the entire weekend, so I spent most of my time indoors. Besides, London is beautiful on any kind of weather, at least to me. I love it!
Great pictures, Alienesse! The weather in London was awful this weekend, wasn't it? But you're right, London looks beautiful in any kind of weather.
^ Do go! It's fabulous! Great shots, Miss Pumpkin! I wish I could have taken some pictures of London in the fog, but I spent my entire weekend indoors at Star Trek London. Here are some more night ones:
Nice shots! All these images of London make me want to share. This one of me and my wife (girlfriend at the time) was taking in 2005.
Thanks, guys! I took the brooding pics this Monday. Great pics, Alienesse and Zombie Seeker! When they organise Destination Star Trek London II, we will all go together!
YES!!! I did live in London for a year but it was quite some time ago now. The fog photos made me very nostalgic, of course it is that weather right outside my window today but it's not the same thing! I love cities and London was fabulous. Alienesse have you posted your Con pics anywhere?
