    If I could see genuine gore, it might not be the very vague PG13 level we try to have here, but I can't see anything particularly nasty on display so figure it's fine.

    And I'll agree to most of what you said. But as tastes vary I wouldn't call it tasteless, just in very poor taste… But then so are a lot of other pics on this board (in this very thread even) -the difference being that this one has a funny caption that makes it difficult for the cultured person to choose a fitting reaction; cry or rofl. It's not so much the image itself as it is the reaction in the observer that matters.

    Obviously the subject matter of the image is shocking, but I don't see a problem with it being used for an image to make you laugh. True, it could affect someone involved, but it's no worse than the multitude of 9/11 image macros out there.
