Hand as Clairvoyant...? Needs voice distortion for Raina to believe she's dealing with a "he", but that's not beyond believability.

I don't think there's anything that all of fandom would enjoy equally. And of course the producers of a show want to convince us we're going to enjoy it. It expresses their hope, not a definitive prediction of how we actually will react. After all, they aren't clairvoyant. ;)

Surely this depends on whether or not Mozart in the Jungle is picked up since that's where Saffron's time will be committed momentarily.

If it's picked up, when does it go into production? Maybe they'd be able to close out the season first?

Speaking of which, where are they on filming? I haven't heard any casting call rumors in awhile.

Immediately you would think, since they have 5 or more pilots all thinking that they are going to series when only one or two of them are... Amazon's new pilots were released online about a week and a half ago.

Google says that they are still making their mind up, but my google is weak.

Think of it like this, if the Clairvoyant turned out to be a random person would that qualify as enjoyable? It HAS to be someone significant. I don't think Victoria fits that description. She's already fairly significant in the role she's currently in.

How convincing a M.O.D.O.K. could they build on a TV budget?

If they go with less of a giant head in a flying chair and more of a Barclay in "The Nth Degree", pretty convincing.

I'm thinking that you are thinking of Rigel from farscape and not even knowing you're thinking it.

But would they go the full Muppet?

Because y'know, once you go Henson, you might as well eat your Stetson.

It could easily be someone completely new to the show but well-known to the fanbase.

It'll depend on how faithfully they portray his appearance. Although I don't think budget will be the biggest stumbling block.

MODOK would probably just be a dude in a wheelchair with a metal neck brace on. :p

Well, I assume he's plugged into a computer of some sort. Otherwise, he wouldn't be so clairvoyant.

Uhhh, what? Victoria doesn't fit the description of someone significant because she's already fairly significant?

The character is called the Clairvoyant -- that doesn't mean it's actually the case. As we've discussed before, it could be someone who's actually a SHIELD insider and pretends clairvoyance to explain their inside knowledge.

How sad that the MCU's version of SHIELD, doesn't have an ESP division.

It could be, I just don't think that fits MODOK very well.
