The crew was never able to fully come to terms with the transporter accident which melded Picard with his fish. Not so much the look, but the fishy smell was distracting and Mr. Worf wasn't happy with his new security detail ... making sure the captain isn't fed too much.

 

Few people knew that Nicky the Nose and Barney the Testicles got their nicknames from the same terrible glory hole accident.
