You could sell them through a site like DeviantArt, or similar. But, you wouldn't see much cash from it in my experience. Much being like, none.

I just looked through this entire thread. Wow, some really amazing stuff! Nice work! I'd love to see a side view of that Pegasus-Class Starbase!

I sold them thru Federation Models for a while. It was kind of a pain, printing, packaging, mailing, keeping records. I think I made $600 over two years. Whoopee.

Re: Kitbash orthos

Yeah, I used to do web-order Battlestar Galactica stuff back in the late 90's, to ride the 20th anniversary wave and the promise of a continuation series/movie that never came to fruition. It was basically a vector-scanned image of a blue squadron logo engraved on Zippo lighters, mugs, flasks, etc. There was too much overhead and not enough interest so I packed it in after a couple of runs. As you say, a pain...

^^^ Then others could potentially make money off of his work, particularly if they're PDF's based off the original source vector material.

^ What if the .pdf's are secured with a password to prevent file modification?

I'd think a hi-res JPG with a watermark would be sufficient. Nobody hold your breath, though, I'm slower than Dave Stevens when it comes to producing work.
