It's an actual photo. If I'm not mistaken it was taken during the shot for the burial of Porthos Archer dreams of in "A Night In Sickbay".
Yes, that's the funeral set from "A Night in Sickbay." I understand that the photo was arranged by John Billingsly and taken by AD Michael DeMerritt.

Wonderful pictures HR. I went to Trekcore and checked out the rare pictures for Sepetember on page 1 there's a wonderful picture of T'pol,Archer& Trip that's from the photoshot from the tv guide cover for the Enterprise series finale.
Some great pictures there - worth a look through all the rare photos. Thanks for the site info. How could they of rejected T'Pols Butt shot ! The mind boggles I wont tell you what page it's on fellow men. Happy hunting.
Thanks for posting that rare image from the TV Guide photoshoot, frenchman. Amazing that somebody actually has that. The minor changes to the uniforms by 2161. I assume they're one of the few things accurately portrayed on the holodeck that day. Kind of a cheat and all, but here are the slimline DVD cases from the UK. There's a slight reflective sheen to 'em, so they never photograph quite the same way twice.
I don't like that pic at all, even though the idea itself is greaat. Like, for one, where the hell is Malcolm? Hell, even Phlox deserves to be there. No.2 - who the hell photoshopped this? Awful! And look at T'Pol! Geez!
