Walcott might be out for some time too.

I bet Arsene loves friendlies more and more as each one goes by :D Isn't that basically the whole first team out now other than Clichy?

The suspected line up tonight is...

    James

    Richards, Upson, Terry, Bridge

    SWP, Carrick, Barry, Downing

    Bent Defoe

I can't believe Downing still gets in the team and if Defoe fails to score can Fabio please accept he is not an international player unless where playing against the bottom 100 in the world.

I am going to have to keep saying ENG are going to lose because when I do, they win  and to beat the Germans in there own backyard for the 2nd time running is sweet ;)

I was not totally wrong because SWP (apart from his post shot) and Defoe were just poor and I can't believe that ITV said he played well. Downing impressed me for once and his set pieces were excellent tonight though I doubt he can do that every ENG game. Gabby was ok when he had the ball but struggled to find himself in the game due to how deep the midfield was though Barry & Carrick did there job with little fuss.

Upson was my man of the match and was superb but oh no Carson did it again though Terry was at some fault, not too mention it vame 30 seconds after Bent should of scored into an open night  I was annoyed to see Young come on so late, we didn't se Richards and why was Crouch brought on for 15 seconds ???

For an away game we played well and Fabio just needs to make us do the same at home but hey we WON :techman:

    RATINGS...

    James - 6
    Carson - 5

    Johnson - 6.5
    Bridge - 6.5
    Terry - 7
    Upson - 8

    SWP - 5.5
    Downing - 7
    Young - 5
    Barry - 6.5
    Carrick - 6.5

    Defoe - 5
    Gabby - 6
    Bent - 5.5
    Crouch - N/A

Oh, north London. If we're not laughing at Spurs, Arsenal oblige with some comedy gold. It must be something in the water.

    Gallas questions Arsenal courage

As for the player who insulted him, there are so many possibilities, but surely it's Van Persie? Talk about team building from the captain...

^ What's Gallas got to do with Arsenal? I mean I know he wears the shirt and all but...

    EDIT: Yeah, almost definitely RVP.

    ^^^ It's true. Play your reserves/kids and you'd destroy City I imagine.

For some reason, I genuinely don't find this Gallas stuff particularly funny, and I'm the first to chuckle at London clubs' misfortunes. It's just pathetic.

I just don't get how Wenger can keep him as "capi", surely this is the last straw?

Glad to see something good come of this. Please Wenger don't give it to Almunia, Toure OR Eboue.

    Man City 3-0 Arsenal

And FOREST loss in style "2-1" to 10 men Norwich with the winning goal coming from a double own goal...from one defender to another then in the net

next time try just clearing it  (Though the 23 year old REF was excellent, get him in the Prem)

A double own-goal? Amazing. To think I chose to watch the rugby instead of that game and missed it...

What on earth is going to happen to Arsenal at Chelsea next week? Or the Manchester derby for that matter? Very interesting times ahead...

Double Own Goal sounds funny, even funnier to watch  First Defender makes a fuck up of getting ball away and knocks it backwards towards goal but not wanting to be undone the other player knocks it on again into the back of the net :shifty:

At least one good thing came out of this crisis, Capi is no longer Capi and Cesc leads the team now.
