I really can't compliment Shadow Line enough. If you didn't see it, catch it on iPlayer because you will not regret it.

Hopefully, as long as my media centre is still on, I'll have it to watch next week.

I second that recommendation. It was brilliant.

I'm getting a Total Recall vibe (without spoiling anything).

Watched Shadow Line. I was underwhelmed, I must say. Nothing was bad, but nothing really clicked with me. I think I was put off by Dumb and Dumber in the teaser and it put me in a critical mood for the rest of it. I did enjoy the reveal at the end, so I will be tuning in again to see if a different start will make me like it more.

I finally got around to watching the first part last night. I too was slightly underwhelmed, but it was definitely good enough for me to keep watching. Have to say I found the criminal/Eccleston bits far more interesting than the police side of things, although the reveal at the end was interesting.

I also enjoyed Who spotting. Ninth Doctor, check, woman out of Midnight, check, Rani's dad, check...

It appears to be 7 episodes long so I'm assuming there'll be a lot of twists and turns on the way.

The guy playing the psycho nephew was really odd...

Did everyone in Englandshire get The Field of Blood? It carried on the sheer excellence of BBC drama just now. Stellar cast too, it was like spot the star. Very gripping.

I've just caught up with all 3, but because I'm on nights I will be behind again soon.

Well watched the second part of the Shadow Line tonight, much better, in fact I thought it was cracking. Can't wait for the next instalment!

Still sadly haven't seen Shadow Line yet (not had time to catch up). Heard mixed feedback but sure will see eventually.

But Luther back soon (beginning of June I think). Yay. When I first started watching series, thought: "wtf...this isn't gritty crime/detective drama." Then I suddenly thought of Ruth Wilson and Idris Elba's performances as Lynchian black comedy, and suddenly enjoyed a lot more...

Finally caught up with Exile, good stuff. I've still got The Promise, The Shadow Line and The Suspicions of Mr. Whicher to watch. Recommendations for what's next?

Last night's ep of The Shadow Line was excellent. We were shouting "run away!" at the TV. There's a Very Bad Man and it isn't the one you think it's going to be. Big shocker at the end of the ep, too as per usual.

The Shadow Line just gets better every week as far as I'm concerned.
