I really should get back to playing this again. After trying Battlefield 3 for the past week, I really can't get into it. When it works its fun, but for me its been a glitchy, frustrating graphically inferior piece of shit on the Xbox. I look forward to Halo Anniversary and the new (old) Reach maps.
Yeah, I couldn't bring myself to playing BF3 on my PS3 or 360 because of the mind-boggingly inferior graphics - unfortunately, I can't afford a gaming-grade PC right now, so no BF3 for me for the time being Yeah, Anniversary will be huge for me as well, pre-ordered it months ago. The old multiplayer balancing and maps I love combined with Reach's slick graphics. Also, Silent Cartographer in HD
While the new map pack doesn't arrive on Marketplace until tomorrow, the Anniversary playlists are up, and there are people playing. I guess these are people with special advance copies, and/or 343 employees. Awesome. I picked it up today myself. I played a few games in the Anniversary playlists so far, and I like it. Playing with the old magnum is great. And the Firefight map is awesome. There are actually friendly AI marines to assist you.
