It all turned out alright though I was pissed at airport security. I can't go through the full body scanner because of a medical device so I have to have a pat down. I really don't mind it at all, but often times it takes awhile for a "female assist" to arrive. I'm stuck anxiously waiting while my stuff goes through the scanners. I'd complained to TSA about this before, because I couldn't see my things on the other side while I waited, but they always made me put them through anyway (until finally a nice TSA lady in Salt Lake City said I can keep my stuff until the female assist arrives, and even gave me her card and said to show it to any agent that gave me trouble!). So, one time I was leaving Seattle, my stuff went through, and someone walked off with my computer. It was an honest mistake: she took mine, and I took hers. Fortunately her computer wasn't password protected and I was able to get into her email and find her phone number. I was very proud of my minor Hacking Skillz. We FedExed them next day, which costs about $100 with insurance, BTW, but it could've been worse.
If you're intersted and want to track it down, there's an episode of Discovery Channel's Mighty Planes on the Mars.
I also want that rainbow trek sticker. and thanks for sharing your story. I'm going to sticker my tablet, ASAP.
I used to have a similar sticker. It was the delta embroidered over a rainbow peace sign. I lost it, and it was some custom-made thing I picked-up at a flea market once.
We just replaced our Skylight, it leaked a few times since moving in. It was well overdue, original to the house when it was built in 1985. Before pics, look you can't even see through the thing. The beast is out, it's one ugly mother... The new one in. Look at it, it's full of clouds. The best feature about the new skylight [yt]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IG2w_2leajI[/yt]
Haha, yes! I was wondering if you'd notice! BTW: Sorry if some of my photos disappeared, I was just cleaning up my imgur account a little.
In my defence, I was blinded by the smile. But I have been passing by that same spot a few times a week for the last fifteen years, sooner or later I was bound to notice.
