Okay Trek fans, "least disliked" has concluded, so now it's time for the opposite. The basic idea here is your standard elimination game. "The Maquis" was partly used as setup for the upcoming Voyager but I don't think I'm alone in stating that they were ultimately put to far better usage in DS9. I'll save "Part I" for now.

And I'm saving the second part. Love Sisko's speech, and it has some great moments for Dukat - it's the episode that made him a really interesting and multi-dimensional character.

 

Couldn't have put it better myself. My girlfriend didn't really get my love of Dukat until that two-parter and by the time it was finished she was definitely a fan.

 

Agreed that DS9 did a better job with the Maquis than VOY. But hell, TNG did a better job with them than VOY.

I'll save Paradise. Interesting scenario, cool Sisko-O'Brien pairing, memorable scenes, especially Sisko being punished in "the box" and refusing to accept the megalomaniac leader's misguided rules. Somewhat unbelievable at times, but it's a compelling outing.
