I've seen this dress before in this pattern...It is pretty fucking amazing. I want a Patrick Stewart one: Today is another unseasonably warm October day (80ยบ and humid), so one of my favorite sundresses, with my favorite sandals, and the teal leather belt. I bought this dress at a street fair a couple of years ago:
^ Dress, sandals and belt work really nicely together. The thought of a Patrick Stewart dress is making my heart do weird flips!
Yeah, but men are short, women are petite. You know, I really shouldn't share this, but many years ago, knowing my love for Star Trek and my penchant for ties, my friends gave me this (picture obviously not mine, since I really don't want a picture of myself with that tie floating around on the net ). I haven't got around to wear it, not even in jest, but at the same time, it tasks me. It tasks me so hard.
^ That makes me feel a little better! But... Iguana, do something about it! <has a toddler-like temper tantrum>
"Different" and "links" worked, though "links" was quite tiny. Thank you. That is quite a tie! Now we're waiting for the photo of you wearing it.
I guess I'll have to move on with my life. I'll be okay. Oh, I should point out that I'm wearing a black and gray print top with a pair of black slacks that I really dislike. But I wasn't in the mood for leggings, and Planet Fitness doesn't allow jeans, so I had few options.
At the moment, a Nick & Nora cherry print nightgown with pink collar and cuffs and Isotoner black ballet-style slippers.
In addition to my duty uniform today I am now wearing a splint on my right ring finger. Got smashed between two dumbells at the gym last night. Not broken just sprained really bad and hurts like a mickey fickey!!
I just got home from work, so nothing special: jeans, grey/pink socks, my fabulous beirge/orange vans, grey shirt by vans, work poloshirt and a black pull over sweater.
It is beautiful. Today, something more casual...and reflective of the arrival of autumnal weather at last. Dark blue skinny jeans, stone washed tunic/dress thing (that I got for a great price, but had to make some alterations on because they had only a large left and it was way too big for me -- I think it turned out pretty cute, though), and grey espadrilles:
This evening, I have been mostly been wearing a cream-coloured pair of chinos, a cream-coloured novelty T shirt, maroon sleeveless fleece, socks and boxers, glasses and my favourite black boots. And nothing else. Oh. And a new haircut.
