What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

Chinese food and Vanilla Coke.

 

Homemade Beefaroni and a glass of red wine.

 

Hubby grilled up some burgers and corn on the cob.

 

Pork and tomatillo stew. Turned out really well for something I pulled out of thin air in a hurry.

 

A pizza that I almost botched, and Vanilla Coke.

 

I made shrimps with tomatoes, peppers and feta cheese and served it with rice.

 

Some microwavable three-layer lasagna and a little potato salad. Chased it down with some Diet Pepsi on ice.

 

Had a little birthday party for my niece last night. Cooked everyone dinner.

Nom.


Also made her this deadly thing.

I had a big boring grilled chicken salad, but I spiced it up with pepponcinnis, jalepenos and green chile..

 

^^Good lookin' BDay cake for a 4 yr old. My granddaughter is 3.

Anyway, tonight was fresh ground chicken burgers with jalapenos, mayo, lettuce and tomatoes from the garden.

 

Nothing for once. Didn't feel like making anything.

 

A little meatloaf with some garlic mashed potatoes. Chased it all down with some diet soda on ice.

 

Pork chops and broccoli. Tasty but nothing flashy.

 

A tasty salad with broccoli and corn.

 

Only 2 PM here, but already planning an epic meal in honor of me starting my new job on Monday.

I am visiting my mom. She can do the grill part, which I am awful at, and I'll do the rest. Making a leg of lamb with this nice apple, raisin, and curry recipe I found. Also veggie skewers with shrimp thrown on there for good measure, and if I am really feeling bold, a batch of mussels steamed up in white wine.

And for a drink, powdered Tang in a plastic Flintstones tumbler.

OK I was being honest other than the last part...I don't drink much but I'm sure an iced tea or a lemonade would work.

 

Had an amazing cheese and pickle sandwich.

 

Papa John's a pepperoni pizza and a pineapple and Canadian bacon pizza

Two soft taco wraps with precooked chicken strips and some brown rice along with some Diet Pepsi on ice.

 

$5 foot-long! Well, half of one. So... a $2.50 6-inch?
