Just posted my review of The Good That Men Do by Andy Mangels and Michael A. Martin. I've always loved this book. Matthew Rushing and I talk about it on Literary Treks this week, the episode is coming out tomorrow!
I've been reading: Star Wars: The Force Awakens Visual Dictionary (hella awesome!) Supergirl: The New 52, Vols. 4-6 Supergirl: Beyond Good and Evil (meh) Power Girl: Bomb Squad (PG is awesome as always) Batwoman: The New 52, Vols. 2&3 (I like the character)
I finished reading Star trek TOs The Empty Chair by Diane Duane. This book was a wonderful conclusion of Diane's Romulan Series of stories about Ael's journey back to Romulus . I really am glad she was able to finish her trilogy of books. I highly recommend her books.
Finished A Pocket Full of Lies which I enjoyed. Now it's time for a re-read of Red Phoenix by Larry Bond.
I read Dream Doll about Ruth Handler and Mattel the past couple of days. I'm in the middle of Star Trek Voyager: Atonement, and just can't get going on it. I received A Pocket Full of Lies yesterday, so I'm a bit behind in my Trek reading.
Finished Acts of Contrition, and moved on to Atonement. Also started in on 11/22/63 before the series hits later in the month...
Finished the Batwoman, The New 52 series....Vols. 4-6. She's an awesome (and sexy) character. I also read The Godfather movie script.
Last night I finished Magic Slays, the fifth book in the Kate Daniels series. After that I started Magic Tests, a short story in the same series, and started rereading Jim Henson's The Dark Crystal: Creation Myths Vol. 1. I'm rereading the first and second CM books before I read the third and final volume in the series for the first time.
I've been on a tear with my 24th century read-through. I just wrapped up Strike Zone a week ago. Not as good as i remember it being. Peter David wrote everyone as a smartass. I'm now about halfway through Power Hungry by Howard Weinstein. Pretty good so far.
I am reading old Fantastic Four Comics from 1961. I can feel the nostalgia.. Of other people since I'm 16.
Yeah, that's from even before when I was born! Am currently re-reading the Rivers of London series by Ben Aaronovitch, they're just a joy to read over and over again (haven't read Foxglove Summer yet so don't tell me anything about it! ).
I'm reading the other stories in the new X-FILES short story collection: THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE. (I've already my story.)
