Heres what the USS Surak looked like in the comics then as in the Who's Who it was mistaken as a Miranda class. I actually own a paper copy of both Who's Who in Star Trek its a good read despite the outdate and contridicted info in it
Forbin, Absolutely LOVE this design!!! Makes a lot more sense than the original Grissom design. This design has more of a STTMP or TWOK feel to the design. Plus, has a strong resemblance to Rick Sternbach's refit of the NX-01 Enterprise to look more like the Enterprise designs we have come to know and love. This kitbash is right up there with some of other well thought kitbashes you've done in the past. Would like to do a set of drawings of this design. Great design, great modeling job. Well Done !
