Why Kathryn Janeway is the BEST Star Fleet Captain... EVER!

Janeway was like the mother hen of her crew. She always protected them (except for Night which is an episode I don't like because of Janeway) and she was a good leader. Maybe not as good as Picard or Sisko, but still a good protective captain.
