I don't have just one song... "The One That You Love," by Air Supply. Takes me back to when I was a kid roaming the aisles of my favorite book store as I heard it there more than a few times over its muzak system. It's perhaps because of that I mistakenly associated this song with the movie Dragonslayer since I was probably reading the storybook at two separate instances I heard the song there. "You Make My Dreams," by Hall & Oates. The first time I heard this song was on a Friday night in a chop suey restaurant with my mom. To this day, every time I hear this song, I'm immediately transported back there. "I'll Still Be Loving You," by Restless Heart. A song I already liked that I heard on a perfect day where everything simply went right for me. "Ebony & Ivory," by Paul McCartney & Stevie Wonder. Another song that transports me back in time to my childhood--in this instance to the summer of '82. Tron. Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. The debut of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. 'Nuff said. "You Should Hear How She Talks About You," by Melissa Manchester. Another '80s song I heard more than a few times over the muzak system while wandering the aisles of my favorite toy store as a kid (Children's Palace). The odd thing about all of these songs was that I didn't have any of them in my music collection until just the past year or so...

I'm not sure if It's a personal song, but my favorite song from the Beatles is Let it Be. I remember when I was younger I always thought it was "Letter B", which I think was a song on Seseme Street back in the day.
Okay, I am now imagining a group of Muppets dressed as the members of the Beatles, singing "Letter B." That would have been rather cute.
Sesame Street Bugs and Beatles – Letter "B" lyrics When I find myself in My Class Teacher come and teach to me Speaking words of wisdom, "Letter B-eeee" And when I dint do homework She is standing over me Scolding me for skipping Letter B-eeee Letter B-eeee, Letter B-eeee Letter B-eeee, oh, Letter B-eeeeheee Teaching me my letters, Letter B-eeee

As Big Bird is my witness, I swear I never saw that Sesame Street bit on the letter "B". I watched it all the time with my kids when they were little, and never saw that!
