Well, Dane cook has stolen from lots of people. Jokes from other comedians and many hours from unsuspecting viewers' lives that they'll never get back. Payback's a bitch.
Maybe TheArsenal was Latrell Sprewell's target audience with the comment about how he's supposed to support his family on $10 million a year.
I kid. It's a decent chunk of change. But it obviously didn't seem that way to the half brother next to Cook's millions. And while I have no opinion on Cook's comedy one way or another, I am surprised he had enough money that his brother thought he could take 4 million of it and it wouldn't be missed.
That sucks. Money should never get between brothers. Well, Dane is a talented guy... he just needs to pick better movies to do.
I don't understand how the guy could be so stupid about it. Writing a $3 million check? Stashing 800 grand in your home? Buying multiple cars? If I were him, I would've gotten the money, stashed it somewhere, and lived happily on my $150,000 salary - knowing I had millions stashed for later (for when no one will miss it - or when I want to leave and not come back).
I thought Mr. Brooks was awesome. Of course, it wasn't his movie and he was just a supporting role, but I'm sure what Kevin Costner's character did to Dane Cook's character, a lot of people have wanted to do that to him for real.
The irony being of course, he likely chose/stuck with family over someone else because he felt his brother was more easily trusted.
